David Davies PCMG Trainer
David has been a member of the PCMG Committee since 2001, a Director of the Limited company since inception in 2010 and was the winner of the 2023 Lifetime Achievement Award. In his day job he is an Interim Consultant and leads global development programs, for which successful outsourcing is often a critical factor.
David’s interests include the financial and business-related aspects of outsourcing. He believes that negative behaviours in Sponsor : CRO relationships are often driven by misunderstandings about respective business models and that good training can enable people to achieve tangible improvements in their outsourcing activities.
Dave Webber PCMG Trainer
Dave has spent more than 30 years in the industry working for both Sponsors and CROs in roles spanning clinical operations, vendor compliance, outsourcing and business development. Dave is a long-standing member of the PCMG, a past Chairperson and recipient of the PCMG Lifetime achievement award. Dave is particularly interested in fostering more collaborative partnerships between sponsors and service providers.
Pauline van Heiningen PCMG Trainer
Pauline has held senior roles in outsourcing and clinical operations in pharma, CROs (including a clinical pharmacology unit) and consumer health for 30 years. She is a long standing member of the PCMG with a number of years in the committee and received the second PCMG Lifetime Achievement Award in 2020. Although retired, Pauline uses her experience and expertise in training for the PCMG and as a member of the advisory board of a specialised clinical research unit.
Pauline’s approach to outsourcing was focused on building a good relationship with the vendors, investing in the relationship, jointly overcoming issues and working towards solutions and trying to become a preferred sponsor. The oversight, performance and relationship management training modules are developed with these principles in mind.
Antje Hindahl PCMG Trainer
Antje, Head of Global Sourcing and Vendor Alliance Management at Argenx, brings 25 years of outsourcing expertise across large and mid-sized pharma. She has built highly efficient outsourcing functions at Celltech and Argenx, earning widespread respect in the industry.
A dedicated PCMG member since 2003, Antje served as a Committee member and Director until 2022, playing a key role in shaping the organization and advancing outsourcing strategies. Her contributions were recognized with the PCMG Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024.
Known for her diligence and expertise in contract law, relationship management, governance, and performance oversight, Antje is both inspiring and admired, providing support and laughter throughout her remarkable career.
Dorte Pedersen PCMG Trainer
Dorte brings a wealth of outsourcing experience to the team. Currently working as Senior Category Manager at H. Lundbeck, where she has worked in Clinical Development and Outsourcing functions for +25 years and in her present role for 10 years. Based in Copenhagen, Dorte is embedded within the gritty reality of addressing and resolving day-to-day outsourcing challenges and she brings great insight and pragmatic experience to the team. As senior category manager, she is responsible for influencing and actioning the outsourcing strategy within H Lundbeck and for instrumental in growing the team of outsourcing professionals with coaching and mentoring.
Dorte is an excellent trainer and regularly topped the delegate feedback scores before they were rejected by lesser mortals (that would be me), who were at the bottom. Her specialist training areas include the Outsourcing Process, Relationship building, Performance Management, Governance and Oversight of service providers and Subcontracting.
Dorte has been a PCMG member since 2015.
Julianne Hull PCMG Trainer
With over 35 years of Clinical Development experience, Julianne has held global leadership roles in Vendor Management/Outsourcing, Clinical Data Management, and Clinical Operations for companies like Pfizer, Wyeth, and Biogen. She is an accomplished global manager and has received a Drug Information Association (DIA) award for her industry contributions. Julianne is also an honorary life member of the Association of Clinical Data Management (ACDM) and represents them to the MHRA.
As CEO of WenStar Enterprises, founded in 2011, she provides training and consultancy to pharmaceutical companies, from large firms like Novo Nordisk to small biotech companies. WenStar earned a Southern Enterprise Award for Patient Safety during COVID-19. Julianne prioritizes quality in outsourcing, focusing on inspection-ready delivery over cost and time.
